Hank Johnson is More Stupid than Joe Biden

For some time now I have been convinced that Joe Biden is the most stupid person inside the Beltway.  Joe has certainly given Americans ample evidence to support of that theory.

Hank Johnson has now managed to steal that distinction from Joe.

Representative Johnson is a member of the Armed Services Committee. During this meeting he was rudely grilling Admiral Robert Willard, the commander of the United States Pacific fleet concerning the island of Guam.
