How do I Know Obama Will Fail?

I’ve been speaking with a lot of people around the globe about Barack Obama, the most ardently socialist President our nation has ever seen. Some people wonder whether Obama’s Presidency will succeed or fail.

I know without a doubt that Obama’s Presidency will fail. How do I know this? It’s simple. We have the benefit of history as a guide. How have socialist regimes performed in the past?

• Vladimir Lenin failed in Russia
• Adolf Hitler failed in Germany
• Mao Zedong failed in China
• Kim il Sung failed in North Korea
• Fidel Castro failed in Cuba
• Robert Mugabe is failing in Zimbabwe

By “failing”, I obviously mean “failing to perform well for the nation and its citizens.” These socialists all succeeded in gathering power to themselves. They all succeeded at achieving almost totalitarian power over the people of their nations — at turning their citizens into subjects.

None of these politicians can be said to have succeeded in improving their nations or the lives of their fellow citizens. History will remember them all as spectacular failures.

It has yet to be seen who Mr. Obama will blame for his failure. Each of these socialist leaders has chosen enemies to blame their failures on. Lenin blamed business owners, Hitler blamed the Jews, Castro blamed the Americans, Mugabe blames white people. Every socialist leader must find excuses for his failures in order to maintain power.

Personally, I believe that Mr. Obama will choose small business owners as the fall guys for his errors. Obama is far too deeply embedded with large business interests and he can’t afford to make enemies with his money base — or the folks who employ his union base. Small businesses do not often use union workers and they can’t afford to pay lobbyists to bribe this generation of kleptocrats.

As a small business owner, I am terribly worried about the future of this nation. Today, I feel like a Jew living in Germany in 1933.
